As much as we’re fans of seasonally-inspired spring cakes and cupcakes, get a kick out of selecting the no-sweat dessert of summer, and look forward to our annual holiday cookie-palooza, we have to admit that we’re a bit biased and prefer one season over all others for baking: Autumn.
