Sometimes, an addition to a restaurant’s menu is permanent, something fans can rely on no matter the season or store location; other times, these additions are just seasonal, and their temporariness is part of the appeal. At Starbucks, the olive oil–infused Oleato line is one of the former additions; the White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew, regrettably, is one of the latter. Fans of the delectable iced drink can breathe a sigh of relief, though, as Starbucks has officially announced that the White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew is back starting May 7 as part of the new Starbucks summer menu.
The White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew launched last year as part of the Starbucks 2023 summer menu, and fans immediately loved its creaminess, cookie crumble topping, and sweet layer of cold foam. Its launch led to dozens of copycat recipes online and TikTok taste tests. When Starbucks stores stopped serving it for the season in mid- to late-summer, though, those same fans were crushed.
Unlike the love-it-or-hate-it PSL, which reliably returns fall after fall, there was no guarantee that the White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew would return for 2024, despite it being a customer favorite—but on May 7 Starbucks announced that the drink was coming back to stores for its second year, and best of all, it’s as tasty as ever.
The White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew starts with Starbucks Cold Brew and a sweet macadamia syrup. It’s topped with thick, fluffy layer of white chocolate macadamia cream cold foam and garnished with toasted cookie crumbles.
For those who missed it in 2023, the drink has a strong Christmas in July energy: It’s rich and creamy, with strong notes of macadamia and white chocolate

Many of us might associate bark (mainly peppermint bark) with cozy holiday memories, but bark is actually also the perfect warm-weather treat: As temperatures climb, a cool treat is sometimes exactly what you’re craving.
As trends often go, what’s old is new again, and the garden is no exception. Romantic and whimsical gardens are back in style, along with many classic blooms like roses, hydrangeas, and 2024’s “it” flower—the peony.
